This package is perfect for getting your new garden ideas down on paper. We will create a new landscape design based on your existing site plan, outlining the layout and key features of the proposed concept.
Includes: A scaled design plan illustrating the new layout, zones, and hardscape elements.
Perfect for: Garden makeovers, patio areas, and new lawn layouts where no structural work is planned.
Take your concept further with a fully detailed plan and planting schedule. This package is ideal for clients who want a complete visual and technical guide for their landscaper or gardening team.
Includes: Everything in Package 1, plus a detailed plant specification list and schedule with botanical names, quantities, and pot sizes.
Perfect for: Implementing a cohesive planting scheme alongside new landscape features.
This is our most detailed design package for projects involving structural work. We prepare the comprehensive plans and elevations required for a Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) submission.
Includes: All elements from Package 2, plus structural drawings for elements like retaining walls, pools, pergolas, or decks, and 2-3 elevation drawings.
Note: Council or certifier lodgement fees are separate from our design fee.
